Action! Videos are stuttering no matter what i do

Hi.
I can't record any stuttering free video with Action!!
The game runns smooth while recording, but the videofile are stuttering as hell... even after exporting nothing changed.
All tips and tricks i have seen are useless.
I tryed all of the settings (avi/mp;4 accelerated and not; fps from 30 - 120; record locations; different games)
Activate V-Sync in games and u have a mess on pictures they are flickering wild in the video. UNWATCHABLE!
I have used Action! in 2014 and it worked fine... but now it is crap
My specs:
CPU: AMD A10-7850K
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 290
Mobo: Asus A88X-PRO
Memory: Kingston 4 x 8GB 2400 MHZ
What is going on? Why went Action! from good to absolutly crap?
