Problem Description
Game/App Problem: Minecraft and most other things
Error Type: Video speeding up
Video Editor: Vegas 14
Description: When I try recording in AVI videos get sped up (No matter the video framerate) by like 1.25x, recording in higher video framerates makes it speed up even faster at times then slow down. I've tried recording with MP4 NVidia NVENC it seems to do it less but the recording and gameplay don't feel as smooth like it's lagging me more.

I would try lowering allocated memory to the program, limiting FPS (in game), setting priority of Action to high, changing resolution of video to original, trying to keep the fps your getting and the fps you're recording at the same.

The type of video file is also very important. For me using AVI helps with this issue a lot rather than MP4 but if there is an option other than AVI or MP4 (For Example MP4 AMD APP) I suggest using it because it is usually better suited for your GPU.

I used to have this problem with my old computer and it seems to happen when recording a game like Minecraft with a sub par video card and little ram.
