Action stops working every time I start program.

So this is really starting to bug me. Most of the times I try and launch the program it crashes with the standard "Action has stopped working" -error.

I tried updating my graphics card drivers and run windows update with no luck. Action always was a little bit wonky but this is just unacceptable.
Someone please tell me how to fix this before I loose it, and just warn off everyone I can about a product that does not work and go buy another one elsewhere.
I'm sorry, but paying good money for something that just stops working rubs me the wrong way.
