Action.exe "The memory could not be written" crash

Every time I launch the newest version of Action, it gives me the error "The instruction at _x_______ referenced memory at _x_______ (different every launch) The memory could not be written"
But if I don't click 'OK' the program works fine until I press okay and it closes and launches again and on and on. It only started a couple of weeks ago and the legacy version seemed to work fine.
I've uninstalled multiple times, using even Revo Uninstaller and still, nothing fixed it.
But, a week ago I went to Win 10 and it worked just fine, but I downgraded back to 7 since I hate 10.
