Hello! My son has the free download version of Action. Because he first wants to try before buying it. After installing, it now turns out that we do not hear the sounds he records. So Action! does record, but we can't hear it. There is nothing wrong with the microphone or his laptop, because we do hear other sounds like youtube video's. So, can somebody help us please?

first of all in Action! main tab select microphone checkbox and set it to "Always record".
Go to Microphone Settings tab and from audio devices list select your microphone. Make sure that 'Volume' and 'Audio balance' are not set to 0%.
Also go to audio settings tab and enable "Record system sounds" option.
