New version of "Action!" before "xmas" or "New Year's Eve" ?

Hello,
First i love Action! ,but the converting is a problem.
The converter has many problems (FPS slow motion,buggy) and mp4 is a stupid format for HD Videos.
Would it go if in the future that you can select in the converter your own codec ( lagarith lossles codec is very good) and convert in .avi ?

Skyrim : 30-60 FPS (High settings)
Modern Warfare 3 : 45-60 FPS (High settings)
Battlefield 3 :35-60 FPS (High settings)
I hope my english is good enough because my mother langquaqe is german .
