Capture card no audio

I have a Razer Ripsaw capture card and when I try to record with Action, there is no audio whatsoever. Can anyone help?
Check the volume mixer on the Ripsaw and see if it's on and good while recording.
Likely a configuration issue with the card is what I'm guessing.
