Hi, Im have some trouble, my program save the screenshots in format gss* and in software set bmp*.

"Need For Speed The Run 2011-12-25 16-19-37-596.gss" Im make 694 screens from the game and do not want to lose them... Plz help how to convert from this stiupid gss to jpeg or other format.

Hi, please contact us at support@mirillis.com and send one of this files as a attachment. Can you please check if this happens in latets 1.3.0 version and if problem occurs when you change output format to png or jpg?
