PDF full screen - delay capture

When I try to record my PDF in fuyllscreen, I have delay in the recording.
The mode Im using in the PDF is the fullscreen option (Ctrl + L)
PDF in fullscreen has delay in the final recorded video. In the same recording session, if I went out from PDF screen the video recording syncs again. This problem can only be seen when wacthing the recorded video.
When I open the recorded video for editing the PDF recorded stuff is desync from the audio, like it has some freeze frames. But when the recorded video shows some other stuff away from PDF, the video is again synced.
