PLS I NEED HELP WHEN I RECORD

SO I WENT ON VACATION, my brother used my computer for 1 months and some weeks, he told me didn't did anything except a Windows maj, i used to record everytime with action but Watch now what happend when i record http://prntscr.com/ge7pcx
i have a intel pentium and gtx950, Windows 10 all from 2016
please i need help on how to fix, i've done everything like removing random files, files i didn't know and useless file, i even done a Windows reset
