Troubles to Record

Hi,
i have bought it because it was insane how nice it was running but now after few hours I have many troubles to record some staff with OBS I dont have troubles with lags or whatever on this games.
The Escapist 2 few fps after starting to record and laggy sound
Final Fantasy online 2 fps after starting to record
Quake Champions asynchron
and so on what should I do ? Because with troubles like that I cant use this software and bought it for nothing -.-
My PC is
CPU: i7 2600k
VGA: Geforce 970
OS: Win 7 64
Ram: 16 GB DDR 3
