Stuttering on recording

Hi there, I have an issue where my recordings, and livestream, are coming up with a constant stuttering after about a minute to 2 minutes into my recordings.
I have upgraded to the latest version, and downgraded all the way to version 2.3.0.0; nothing seems to be working. Please let me know what I need to do. I love Action! and have always told people about this amazing product. I would love to not have to worry about this stuttering ruining the flow of my videos/streams. Thanks!!
