win10 frame drop

hello
i upgraded 2 PCs in my company to win10
and since then when they try to capture screen the fps of the videos is i think 30fps and not 60
i tried change the settings and choosing the graphic card as my accelartion
any help please?

hello
i installed win10 on 2 computers in my company
and installed the action!
since then the video capture works at like 30fps instead of 60
no matter what option i change.
it worked good on win7 before the upgrade of the computers
any help please?

Hello,
plase update Action! to the latest version. Also make sure that hardware acceleration is on.
