Testing demo and unable to record any audio

I usually use Bandicam to record my 4K videos but I'm having problems with quality so I thought I'd test out Action. The quality is much better but so far I've not been able to record any audio. In Bandicam I record using MP4 and the microphone and audio are recorded to separate tracks. I then import them into video Pro X and extract the audio to separate tracks. No matter what setting I choose I have not yet managed to record any audio. I'm using an RME RayDat PCI E interface as my multichannel audio device. I'm posting a screenshot of my audio settings. Any advice will be gratefully received.
