Nothing work since i installed my Focusrite

Hi,
all was very clear and simply before i installed my Focusrite 2i2.
I made a lot of movies with microphone and webcam, but now... everything doesn't work...
When i record, and stop the record, Action! crash.
When i tried to record only a voice, the Wav seems to be corrupted..
I tried to remove all drivers for the focusrite, nothing.. I removed Action! , nothing.... always the same problem...
I read something about Sonic Studio, i removed it to try... the same (and all my sounds was horible...)
Do you have some idea ? I can't do anything
Here is my config :
i7-7700k
32 gb ram
motherboard Strix Z270E Gaming
Video : KFA2 1080Ti HOF 11Gb
And my external sound card for my microphone : Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 2nd gen
