Key disabled

Hello...

When I start Action !, he asks me for a key. I get my key via the site, I put it in the app but he tells me that it is disabled. Not invalid but disabled.

Help me please.

I write on the forum nobody answers me, I write to the support service, they answer me slower and when finally they answer me, they send me back to the sales department. So I'm writing to the sales department (thing I did first, no response so far), and I still have no answer?

Is it really serious?
