I recently installed the latest Nvidia driver, since doing so hardware acceleration is "not available".

Google all i can and i dont know if, what or why so wanted to ask here.

is it a known thing that the latest Nvida driver drops support for hardware acceleration or something?

I am still really frazzled why this has gone, quality and useage of this product has died with my lack of hardware acceleration.

All i did / changed was a new nvidia driver - have i missed somthing?
