Problem with Action on Windows 10

Hello, my name is Thomas, I'm new to the forum. I write to you because I need help, I can no longer launch Action, when I run it, my computer freezes and nothing. I'm forced to shut it down. Could you please help me? Because I need this software, il is thanks to him that I make videos for a Youtube channel.
