I have about 400gb in recorded video from hours of long gaming playthroughs (with audio). I record the videos in short intervals, ending and starting about every 20 minutes so there is multiple video. Is there a way for me to lessen the size of the videos i currently have and also lessen the size for the future, preferably with the same quality.

Video Size: 720p
Video Framerate: 60 fps

Audio Output Format: WAV

You can export already recorded videos using export feature in Action!
Try recording in MP4 to save you disk space.
