Using side mouse buttons [Solved]

On this new PC, I have installed Action! and gotten everything set up. However, I used to use my side mouse buttons to record Time-Shift and normal game recordings. I was using the same version of Action! and everything, just a different computer. When I try to set my Mouse Button 4 and Mouse Button 5 in Action! nothing happens. I could just macro a key in my mouse's software, but some games use different keys for chatting, and I use most of the keys on my keyboard no matter what I'm playing. Anyone know a fix for this? Can I open a config file somewhere?
