Action crashes COD Black ops 3

If I have Action running so I can record in game footage Call of Duty Black OPS 3 will crash immediately. If I run the game without Action running it starts and I can play it no problem.
Any idea why it conflicts with this game???

Geforce Experience does not crash black ops 3 and records fine. Action will crash the game every time still... I'll just use Geforce Experience for all my games until you fix Action.

I have the same problem, considering the only reason I bought Action was to record BO3 gameplay this software is worthless. Lol guess it's back to using free software.

I tested it again today on a new install and the same thing... stinks because I really liked this software for a long time but I guess it's usefulness ran out. It also crashed on me twice during Killing Floor 2 today which it has never done that in the past either. I'm thinking that it is either the games causing it or some windows 10 update for me... not sure yet but either way if I use Geforce Experience I can record and timeshift no problems with that app.

Still doesn't work with Black OPS 3 with latest ACTION version 2820
