I know this was brought up many times before and the answer is always the same: "technical reasons".
But really, what are those technical reasons? Action is the ONLY screen recorder I know of which needs admin rights to start. I know I could disable the prompt entirely on OS level, but I wont do that for obvious reasons.
I don't understand the developers stance against fixing this issue, when it basically downgrades the whole software in its usability. Being a windows developer myself i suspect its a lack of knowledge? I would look at the OBS code for example as reference. Maybe there are certain features that cant be done without admin rights? Please consider removing them. There must be a way. Thank you!
