Active Screen is Locked To a Monitor/Tablet Even Unplugged

Alright, I have three screens, well four since my drawing tablet. Every time I try to record active screen it goes to the tablet screen and locks there. Even with the tablet is unplugged from the computer it still does it.
f8 will not let it change its screens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it does the same.
is there a way to fix this?
