WIN 10 FREEZES as soon as opening action

Video Card: NVIDIA 1070 ASUS ROG
Memory: 16 GB DD4 corsair
Monitor Resolution: ASUS 1920x1200
Video Editor: iMedia
Game Problem: any, once i start Action! whole windows freezes
hello
all of the sudden my win 10 freezes completly, each time i open that program...
i ve already tried reinstalling Action/repairing data via steam, nothing changed
any idea?
