HUD NOT Showing up & mp4/avi can't recording

Hi!, there is a big problem for my ACTION! .. 
first , my computer's hardware is
1. Windows 10 Home 64Bit
2. VGA: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050Ti
3. RAM: 8 GB
4. CPU:i3-7100 3.90Hz
And , there are my problem
1. The HUD UI is not showing up .
whatever i press open/close HUD it's doesnt showing up.
2. MP4&AVI can not recording
when i try to record mp4 video , ACTION! does not output any file.
although it can output avi video , but it's nothing content in the output file and always just recording 1 sec.
3. Some function is not availible
Shift + F9 usually can pause recording , but now i can't
F6 usually can open/close HUD UI , but now i can't

the following solution i have try is :
1. Delete ACTION! and run regedit to clean ACTION! 's .
2. Reinstall ACTION!
but the problem still exist...
