I been a happy user of your product for about 2 years now, and recently I have gotten a better computer and I downloaded ACTION! and when I went to record a MP4 file I noticed that it was slowing my computer down, and I went into the settings and try to fix it but I could not. So I tried to record an AVI file and it worked but then when I when to open it in a video editor it said corrupted file. I used different video editing software and it said the same thing. Before I gotten a new computer, I had a laptop. When I used my laptop to record it had another video file MP4 (?) I don't remember the file name but it was a MP4 file with something in the parentheses. I don't know what is wrong and how to fix this, I tried everything, Reinstalling it, switched active desktops etc. I would like to use it again! I do have the updated version of ACTION!
