Action crashes, losing videos...

Tue Apr 17, 2018 4:31 pm

good morning
After recording 3 hours of video, the PC crashed by Action. Now I have the 17 gb file in my documents but it does not allow me to reproduce or edit it (I think it's a problem that it has not been encoded) Can this be solved?

We are sorry to hear that.
Does Action! crash for you frequently?
You can try using some third party software to fix corrupted video.

Dear Rio,

Please update to the latest Action! version as it includes automatic MP4 repair after system crash/power outage.
Running Action! after such crash will recover lost recording.
This works only for MP4 files.

Try pro-recovery programs, like Bitwar Data Recovery, Recoevrit, Minitool, etc. to restore your video. Remember to back up your video next time.
Good luck.
