Startup crash with Action 3.1

I installed the new version yesterday night on top of version 3.0 and it crashed on every startup. I uninstalled Action completely, thinking something probably went wrong with "overwriting" the version. I installed 3.1 and it crashed again. I took a screenshot of the crash window bcs i thought it would be useful.
