Streaming works perfectly but recording lags..

So recently ive been trying to record some videos for youtube but the problem is, when i record i get a frame drop that lowers my fps to like 10. When im streaming my fps is 60+ always.

any more info that is requested. i will gladly provide

If streaming works okay, the recording should work correctly as well. Are you sure you are recording in MP4? Are you using hardware acceleration?
Please make sure that video output is set to MP4 and hardware acceleration is enabled.
