Cannot record old game

Hello there, i have a little problem with recording old game. Here's the link for video, what actually happens https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVe4FjpPUkY
And the points if for some reason you cannot watch video or it isn't clear enough
- Screen "freezes" for the time when game is running
- The game itself, work without problems when action records
- I cannot use "game" option for recording, because it cannot read this application as game
- In older versions of Action i didn't have this kind of problems
- Any help?

Do you have the same problem in game recording mode in Action! 3.1.6?
Please upgrade Action! to version 3.1.6 and try recording in game mode.
