Problem with recording old game Gothic II + Returning 2.0

OS : Windows 10
Video card : GEFORCE GTX 860m
Memory : 8GB
Game Problem : Gothic II + Returning 2.0 (I dont think that really matters looking for the core of problem, but better safe than sorry)

Action! Version: 3.1.2

And the points
- I cannot use "Game" recording mode, because Action cannot read this application as a game (probably because its old)
- Record "Freezes" with "Screen" recording mode when I start the game
- The game itself work without problems, just Action doesn't capture the game
- Action! is of course legal and it is full version, i bought it from Mirillis site
- Any help?
