I've posted about this awhile back, there has been updates and this is ignored,
My last resource is to expose the problem on Youtube.

Action Recorder crashes various programs.

1 SONY VEGAS
2 Gamemaker Studio 2
3 Godot
4 Axis Neuron ( Motion capture )
5 Some Steam Games crash

I recommend you fix this issue or provide me with an older copy of Action recorder when I USED TO WORK.

Add Windows Media Player Classic too the list.

I might have found the problem,
Windows media player pops this error when you you have action recorder opened
