Hello my name is MrJo Zocker and I have the following problem:

I have a few days ago, a new CPU & motherboard and Ram installed in my PC.

Before it was an i5 2500 and now I have a Ryzen 7 2700X

I had taken a break for about 6 months with the recording and now wanted to continue again and therefore also made the same update to the latest action version. The problem is that if I stop the recording NOW would like to freeze action and any time it will finish and restart and the recording is 0 bytes in size.

Settings were MP4 / Nvidia NVENC and my Mic is Rode Podcast USB

When I switch from MP4 to AVI the recording works BUT I have no mic recording ....

Who can help me ?

Probably it is a problem with audio recording. Check if you have Nahimic or Asus Sonic Suite installed on your PC and uninstall it.

I am also having this issue.

Happened when I updated to version 3.1.6
If I uninstall and clean install the program again the issue persists, even with older versions. But my other PC which I never updated Action! works just fine.

Hello, I also reinstalled Windows and now the program works again, only I have a problem now with my webcam from logitec C920.

First she was in the settings BUT I had no thumbnail & she has also not recorded Ihngame. then have the software for the webcam installed and suddenly there is NO webcam in action to find: -O What a mess always: - /

Funny webcam is: not available

BUT with the Microphone I can switch from my Rode Potcaster to the Webcam Micro

Ok it's not really funny but why can I use the webcam as a micro in action but not the webcam itself?
