Using same activation key 2x?

Hello,
I just came up with the question if I am allowed to use the same activation key for Action 2x on the same machine, but on a different user account.
Is that possible without getting the activation key, or even my account suspended?
Because.. I don't really want to have to buy a new license just for another user account on Windows.
