Huge crash, lost work and time - fear trouble for upcoming recordings

Hi all,

I work with a double monitor setup. 34" curved dell screen and a Wacom cintiq 27hd touch screen.

I was working in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe premiere. I was edditing a short movie. I needed some files i created in Action so i fired up action so i was able to quick pick the footage i was looking for.

Al my screens where flickering the moment Action was loaded. After some seconds i was looking to my login screen (windows 10) and only 1 screen working. So i loged-in.. suprise! all the apps where closed. Just like i fresh booted.

My problem is that i lost at least a hour of work to redo everything in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere. And a need to do a lot of new recording but i have to say that i fear issues on the road.

Any thoughts?

6800k, gtx1070, 32gb mem, windows 10. I use the latest version of Action

Hello Royk,

We're sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. If you have installed the latest 3.2.0 version of Action!, the problem might be with the graphics card drivers. Could you please check if you have installed the newest drivers to your graphics card?

Thank you for the reply. I have installed new and latest Nvidia drivers and Wacom cintiq drivers. So i will let you know if it still happens. :)
