Version using: 3.3.0

To the left, HUD perfect beautiful watchable all stuff (photo taken with smartphone)
To the right, we can see anything (tested with older versions: 2.5.4, 2.7.2, 2.8.1).

It looks like the issue start to occur in version 1.13 of the game.
Not sure what but probably Minecraft's developers did something wrong.
Try older version of the game and see if the issue persists.

No issue with Minecraft 1.10 -> 1.12.2, 1.13 ATH issue and 1.13.1 (see video).
