Nothing Recording when selecting Rec

Action: Version 3.3.0
Resolution: 1920x1080p
Frame Rate: 60fps
Mode: Screen & Area
Format: MP4 & AVI
OS: Windows 10
Ram: 32gig
CPU: Intel i7 6700k
GFX Card: GeForce GTX 970 G
Motherboard: MSI Z170a ATX DDR4
Issue: Pressing Record starts the timer but nothing else happens.
Tried to record a video but when I press record the timer starts and nothing is captured. I have tried changing the file format from MP4 to AVI and back and nothing. I have uninstalled and re-installed Action and the issue persists. I rebooted my PC and same issue. I even updated Action from the previous version to 3.3.0. I tested this issue in Screen and area. If you try it in area the perimeter frame stays green instead of turning red.
Any one else had this or a similar issue? Any suggestions?
