Hi,
I want to know give it a way to change the Background of youtube chat for recording, like transperency Background to example

You mean that you are adding chat to your videos using Custom URL Sourrces in Action!?
You can customize the overlay using, for example, player.me service.

Hmm I added now Streamlabs chatbox but I cant see the Widget at preview and recording, i copy paste the Widget URL on customer overlay but cant see it on Preview. I see my Game but thats all

Unfortunately it looks like chatbox widget does not work on Streamlabs anymore.

Ok its working with streamlabs but I cant change the size of the Chatbox and player.me doesent work for me because I doesent have win 10 thats my problem...

To change size of the chat overlay go to Preview, select "Draggable mode" and resize the overlay.

Yes i know that but at preview there is no frame nothing, thats why I cant change the size. If iam online the chat will appear but not the size of it

If you enable overlay sources and go to preview then you should see the white frame that you can scale. Check the screenshot below.
