Action does not save the videos

The problem is the following:

I've been with this for almost 1 year now since I switched to windows 10 and went from Windows 7 to W10 in Windows 7 I had action and could record very quiet and it worked 100% but since I switched to Windows 10 LITERALLY ACTION DOES NOT work.

In other words, if it works, it loads the typical menu, but when I record the desktop screen or a game the video is not saved (I record in MP4 and AVI) and none works

Do not tell me to uncheck a certain box or all because I've been looking for Youtube and websites for a year now, and it does not work aboslutely. In fact, there are people who also have my same mistake and this hurts us a lot.

Because I am Youtuber and my friends also have not uploaded videos since 1 year ago because of this, I thought they would fix it in the middle of this year or so but nothing.

I do not know why this error is due but please solve it at once it is very important that you record with Action and start uploading videos as soon as possible

Basically Action in Windows 10 does not save me the videos, it does not process them, it says that it records and the folder where it saves videos, the .avi or .mp4 file appears to me and it weighs 0.0 MB. I mean it does not record fix it ok

I think I speak on behalf of thousands that this problem happens to them

Please provide us your PC DxDiag report. It will help us investigate your problem.
To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Attach generated txt file to your reply.

Please try following steps below to completely re-install Action. You will need your serial number to activate your product again.
1. Uninstall Action!
2. Press Start and then type "Regedit" in search and press Enter.
3. Go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Mirillis/
4. Remove Action! catalog.
5. Reboot your PC.
6. Install Action! again. Make sure that your installer file comes from official website - www.mirillis.com (if you have not purchased Action! through Steam).
You can activate Action! with the same serial number as before.
