Webcam not available/Help?

Hello!
I use latest Action! 3.3.0.
I have purchased Action! through Steam.
This new version does not recognize my webcam. It doesn't allow me to select it.
But everything
except Action
works just fine.
Windows 8.1. Lenovo G710 notebook's webcam.
I already tried this twice:
1. Uninstall Action!
2. Press Start and then type "Regedit" in search and press Enter.
3. Go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Mirillis/
4. Remove Action! catalog.
5. Reboot your PC.
6. Install Action! again. Make sure that your installer file comes from official website -
www.mirillis.com (if you have not purchased Action! through Steam).
You can activate Action! with the same serial number as before.
These steps should restore your Action! settings to default.
Oh and also I tried to:
- Reinstall latest drivers for my webcam.
- Turn on "Record mouse cursor"
No effect at all.
So, I guess the problem is in Action itself.
But I really need the webcam. So that I need to do?

Please provide us your PC DxDiag report. It will help us investigate your problem.
To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:
If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
Attach generated txt file to your reply.

For some reason, I can't attach DxDiag here. A message "Invalid file extension: DxDiag.txt" pops up when I'm trying to add it through attachments.
So I sent DxDiag to
support@mirillis.com
The answer was:
"Maybe something takes control over your webcam and Action! cannot list it.
Try running Windows in a safe mode and see if it works there."
So, I wonder why Skype/Discord/OBS/Teamviewer and
any other program can see my webcam and Action! isn't.
I suppose, Action! use odd method to get video devices's list.
By the way, problem still persists in 3.4.0

Hi, I'm sorry to "hijack" this thread, but my webcam has not been working since 3.2.0.
I'm using a Logitech C920. Mine is selectable, but nothing happens it doesn't work.
If I choose device as the capture mode and choose the webcam as the input device then go to preview, it just shows "No Signal".
Attached dxdiag info (remove .zip extension).

Have you tried running Windows in safe mode?

Try installing this logitech software:

See if that helps.

I've been trying to record videos with Mirillis Action and the Webcam C920, but everytime I select any of the capture quality options on mirillis action, mirror image doesn't work, except when I select the "Default" one. Can someone tell me why this is happening?
