Hi,

I have purchased Mirillis ACTION! a few years ago and updated it to the most current version, 3.4.
When I press the record button, it would show that it is recording. The time-stamp would move as though its taking down footage.
After I stopped recording, the video clip was no where to be found. It was as though ACTION! didn't record anything.

Anyone faced similar issues? Have tried re-installing but didn't work.

Does problem occurs both for AVI and MP4 recordings?
Does it occur for every game or only for a 1 title or a few?
Does it occur when recording Windows desktop?

Hello, I have this problem I start recording everything is fine as I start a cursor appears with a green arrow down and the action crashes and redémre.
I try in the system settings to uncheck the sound system acton no longer crashes but the video ety unreadable.
I put an eception to the bitdefender antivirus but no effect
I have no micro plug, win 7 64 bit

Does problem occurs both for AVI and MP4 recordings? The problem does not occur with AVI, but the footage does not open on any players. The problem occurs with MP4 recordings.

Does it occur for every game or only for a 1 title or a few? Yes.

Does it occur when recording Windows desktop? Yes.

Please provide us your PC DxDiag report. It will help us investigate your problem.
To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

hello no sa occurs only for recording in mp4 than his self in game or office mode
