cant change overlay position

as title says, i can no longer change my overlay position. For some reason, in one of the new updates, either it has been broken and not fixed, or, it has been taken away. If its been taken away, well, thats just silly. So, some games where we need to put overlay in bottom corners, we cant because we cant change it. Other games its ok where it is in top left corner as it is already out of the way.

Overlay position and size can be changed in a preview. Go to preview, enable "Draggable mode" and drag your graphics overlay.
