Mirillis Action Rainbow glitch

I just updated my drivers -- No clue if that has anything to do with it as I haven't touched Mirillis Action in awhile but every time I stream I get this weird video glitch where the screen just turns into a rainbow of hell.

I've looked around and I couldn't find anything hence why I'm here.

I've tried Re-installing Mirillis Action and it didn't do anything, I did buy it off of Steam too.

Hello,
it looks like a problem with video decoding on YouTube side. If you check the archived video it should be ok. Go to Stream Options on YouTube live dashboard and change "Stream optimizations" to "Normal latency". See if that works.
