Problem with recording Call of Duty games on PC

Gonna make this real brief. Me and another fellow user has a found a problem with Action working properly with Call of Duty games. My friend has had this problem since the previous title but it looks like the issue has found it's in to Black Ops 4 as well. Everytime the game is booted up with the Action overlay the game immediately crashes.

When i have Action! open and enter black ops 4 it crashes, same goes if u have the game open and then open Action! it crashes as well... is there any fix for this since?

COD games close themselves when Action! hook up to them. We have contacted Activision but they refused to help us.
Try adding those games to exclusions and record them using Screen mode. You might need to run those games in borderless fullscreen.
Feel free to report this problem to Activision support.
