Every time I record, I always record at 1080p 60fps and the output file is at 12, 15 or 20fps. And I don't really know what the problem would be. I had this version of action (v3.5.4.0) before and this problem started just today way after i had updated the application.

Could anyone help with this problem.

Make sure that hardware acceleration is enabled.
