Hello. Recently, I`ve updated my graphics card to AMD Radeon RX470. However, stream function seems like broken. Every time when I try streaming to youtube, youtube just tell me that they are receiving data but nothing shows on the screen. Any solution to this problem? Thanks!

OS: Windows 10
Video Card: AMD Radeon RX470
Memory: 12 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920*1080

I have Action 3.6.1, the problem is that I can't stream, I put the stream key, etc, for twitch, youtube and personalized, but I can't, the server receives 0 signal from Action, plz need help.
