Description: when try to open , only show loading modules . and when finish no open action menu

Please provide us your PC DxDiag report. It will help us investigate your problem.
To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Your DxDiag log is showing Windows update failures. Do you have the latest OS updates installed? If no, please try installing all recent updates for your Windows distribution.

i update a little fixes but nothing add new file

and for record minecraft black screen before record normal i try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRTzvAb6AC4 and now is black in all recorder programs

Try reverting default settings in Windows.

now i restar all , action no open again , and i solveblack screen for record minecraft y trythis whit other recorder preograms (bad for my fps)
i think the problem is for the amd
any idea ?

Download Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.9.3 and make a clean install of it.

Hello friend,I did all the procedures as you mentioned in first video and the changes were applied, only when trying to click and open AMD Radeon Settings still does not open the window. Do you know what this is? I already verified that the changes are and yes, but it does not open. Greetings
