Can you explain the difference between Force Bit rate and Bit rate MP4?

Which is better for me?

I've tested it out for a simple Screen Recording and I didn't find a difference.

However, I tested out Force BitRate for an MMO game and it slowed my gameplay experience.

There is no big difference between those settings. If you want to set specific bitrate for your video then use force bitrate option.
