Streaming BUG with action

So pretty much what the bug is, Is when I start streaming for exactly 23 seconds, After 23 seconds it automatically stops streaming then starts recording for like 30 seconds and then streams again, Can someone please give me a tip on how to fix this bug?

It is not bug in Action!. Your stream is disconnected because of wrong configuration.
Try lowering bitrate in LIVE tab.

Good afternoon. Today can't join Twitch. Whatever the selected server, the connection is dropped after 1-2 minutes. I rolled back to the previous version, but the result is one - to connect to Twitch with the installation of a normal connection does not work! The interesting thing is that YouTube connection is normal.
On another program (which I think you know) there are no connection breaks! Connection via this program to Twitch is normal.
What can you do about it? My internet is good and the speed is great! The problem is definitely not on my system or internet.
