Audio delay please help

Hi hello i have a problem whith action. when i record a game sometimes happen a delay whith the audio, it no happen always, only sometimes. Can somebody help me ? thanks

Does the issue occur for AVI or MP4 recording?

Its happen in mp4 files.

Change framerate mode from VFR to CFR and see if that helps.
